Short Description:
This production line adopts a two-stage granulator, integrating agglomeration, extrusion, strand cooling, and pelletizing into a compact and efficient process. The screw is made of high-strength 38CrMoAl alloy steel, treated with nitriding and alloy spraying technology for excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and pressure durability. The first stage features a high-efficiency agglomerator, suitable for recycling PE, PP films, woven bags, foam, and other soft plastics. Through high-speed rotating blades, materials are pre-compressed and softened by heat, enabling stable and continuous feeding. The mid-stage uses a high-performance extrusion system combined with a screen changer to effectively filter impurities from the molten plastic. The second stage adopts a water ring pelletizing system, allowing simultaneous pellet formation and cooling, greatly enhancing output and pellet quality.
