Short Description:
This production line uses a two-stage granulator machine with a quantitative spiral feeding system to ensure stable material feeding and continuous production. The screw is made of high-quality 38CrMoAl alloy steel and treated with nitriding and alloy spraying technology, providing excellent corrosion resistance, pressure resistance, wear resistance, and high strength for reliable long-term operation.
The line is equipped with a water tank, pellet cutter, strand vibration dryer, pellet air blower, and storage hopper, ensuring stable and efficient production with uniform, high-quality pellets. It is suitable for various plastic recycling and pelletizing applications.
